Embark on a Tropical Trek where kids will learn how Jesus came to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10)! As they traverse fun and exciting places, like a dormant volcano and island caves, they’ll discover how God finds us and helps us in every challenge we face.
Tropical Trek is a Gospel-rich experience that shows kids how God continually seeks them out and saves them, no matter their situation or sin. Each day, kids encounter real people from Scripture who were found and restored by God’s grace. From Baby Moses to Zacchaeus to Paul, each story reveals a different facet of God’s love and rescue mission through Jesus.
Each day at Tropical Trek focuses on a key moment when someone in the Bible felt lost, unsure, or overwhelmed, and how God met them exactly where they were. The result is a week filled with hope, identity, purpose, and the message that no one is ever too far for God’s love to reach.
Open for children entering Kindergarten to incoming 6th grade.
Join us at First Presbyterian Church VBS at the corner of Main Street & Bridge Street in Blairstown on July 20–24 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. We discover how God finds us, even in the wildest, darkest, or most unexpected places. We welcome children who will be incoming Kindergarteners to incoming 6th graders.
